There can be many reason why your dog is acting out. Sometimes leaving them too long may be the problem. I would suggest not to leave the dog more than 6 hours, but if you must here are a few ideas.
ReplyDeleteSpray "Bitter Apple" on the blinds.
Leave a garment of clothing with your scent on it in the area you keep your pooch.
Leave chew toys with your pooch before you leave try "Bully" dogs love to chew it, you can buy it at 'Petsmart."
Bitter Apple worked for me too!
